“Really had me gripped from the start, absolutely great read. Clara was an awesome character and the book was well written. A different slant to the usual psycho thriller and really is a page turner, read in two sittings, which is unheard for me. Kept me guessing to the end and didn't turn out as I expected. Loved this book, hope the author writes more."

“Footsteps of the Dead is a brilliant read. It has powerful realism and a clever narrative, effortlessly weaving events from Clara’s troubled past into her present life. It is a fast paced story, original and very well written. It absolutely grabs from the start, transporting the reader into Clara’s life. In summary, I found it extremely atmospheric and engaging. I really hope this author has more to come; another Clara book, carrying on from the ending of this one."

“If, like me, you enjoy psychological thrillers such as Val McDermid's Wire in the Blood, you'll love Footsteps of the Dead. Clara's story moves beautifully between a number of timelines - her past life and her present as a podiatrist - and tension builds throughout to the finale. I really enjoyed this book. It's dark, emotional and full of twists and vivid imagery. I really recommend sharing Clara's journey."
